Offshore Distributor

Offshore distributors are firms who distribute Canadian products to non-Canadian or U.S. investors in compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

Prior to completing the regular joining process, offshore distributors must first establish a relationship with a registered Canadian fund company who meets the following criteria:

  1. In good standing with Canadian regulators
  2. An existing participant on the FundSERV network
To join FundSERV, applicants and their Canadian counterparty must complete the Offshore Distributor Agreement and receive approval before beginning the regular joining process.
