Offshore Fund Company

Offshore fund companies are firms whose products are organized under the laws of a jurisdiction outside Canada and the United States.  FundSERV allows offshore fund companies to set up on our network. 

Before completing the regular application process, offshore fund companies must first establish a relationship with a registered Canadian distributor who meets the following criteria:

1. In good standing with Canadian regulators
2. An existing participant on the FundSERV network
