The cornerstone of our corporate giving program, however, is the United Way. By supporting the United Way, we are able to join with other companies to help local groups solve local problems. FundSERV matches by 50 per cent all employee payroll deductions (up to a maximum of $1,000 per employee per annum) that are directed by the Company to a recognized registered charity (or charities) of the employee's choosing.
