Any call to Technical Support to deal with any issue, not created by a FundSERV outage, outside of regular support hours will be billed at the rate of $150.00 per person for each hour or part thereof.
All fees are subject to G.S.T. or H.S.T., if applicable, and all fees are
subject to change upon 90 days notice.
Notes:
Fees are calculated on the basis of files transferred to FundSERV and not files picked up by the distributor.
"Empty" or duplicate files are not billable.
Price files are not billable.
It is the distributors' responsibility to ensure that fund manufacturers, with whom they do business, only generate files that are of value to them.
