Getting critical and timely information to the right people is essential to minimizing operational risk and ensuring FundSERV responds appropriately to customer needs. To ensure the right people are contacted, FundSERV maintains an extensive customer relationship management (CRM) database with detailed contact information.

Along with this contact information, FundSERV asks companies to assign appropriate roles to individuals or groups, based on functions such as billing or administration, or who to contact in an emergency.

With the industry constantly changing, keeping this information accurate has always been a tremendous challenge. To simplify the process, FundSERV has developed a Customer Contact Update Page, which enables senior contacts to easily view and update their company's contacts, roles and details, as well as details for their administrators and service providers. They can also notify FundSERV of changes to their regulatory relationships and change or add company addresses.

FundSERV is now sending senior contacts at all organizations a link to their Customer Contact Update Page and asking them to confirm information or make any necessary changes. On an ongoing basis, they will be asked periodically to access the page to ensure the information remains up-to-date.
