Later this year, the Mandatory Standards Reports on the FundSERV Services Web site will have a new design that provides more information and greater flexibility.

The existing reports display information on adherence to various services — Wire Order Transactions, XML Messaging, Payment Exchange, File Support and File Delivery — one management company at a time. While this report provides a good snapshot of what is supported, it does not allow users to customize the report. The new features will provide access to additional information through improved search and display options.

The new screens will make it possible to compose a search for adherence information based on a combination of fund companies and transactions or services to create a custom report. A status filter will allow the user to display companies that are adherent, not adherent, or both. For example, a report could be generated to show all fund companies that are adherent for "As of trades" and Commission Rebates.

An additional new function is the capability to export data to a comma-delimited (CSV) file, which will enable the creation of spreadsheets or customized tables in a distributor's back-office system. An improved screen layout makes the reports easier to read. Lengthy reports will be displayed over multiple pages to make them easier to navigate and print.

To access the Mandatory Standards reporting screens, log into FundSERV Web Services and select "Utilities," then "Mandatory Standards Reports."
