Version 15.1 of the ESG Standards was published on January 19, 2004 and Version 15.2 on March 1, 2004. Each release included several updates to the Standards that were initially published last October. Additional specifications were added regarding:

• Additional RESP edits
  
  
• UTF-8 encoding and French characters
