Norm Graham, chairman of the board for FundSERV Inc. is pleased to announce the appointments of Brad Badeau, Edward Waitzer and Gary Norton to the board of directors.

Badeau is currently chairman of Wendsley Lake Corporation. He was the founding chairman of FundSERV and previously served as president of Trimark Investment Management Inc. Waitzer has served as chairman of Stikeman Elliott LLP since 1999. Before joining Stikeman, he was vice president of the Toronto Stock Exchange, and also served as chairman of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). Norton is executive vice president of Investor and Dealer Services at Franklin Templeton Investments Corporation.
