Town Hall events provide FundSERV customers with a chance to gather and learn about newly published standards, ask questions, and make contacts. The V16 Town Halls were such a success that we are holding similar events in 2005-2006 for V17.

Scheduled for November, the Orientation Town Hall is intended for experts in the ESG standards. FundSERV customers should send their "ESG Review Contact" to this event (contact FundSERV to make sure you have the right person listed in our system). The ESG Review Contact is someone who works closely with the ESG standards and business processes as they affect your business.

ESG testing experts will be interested in the Testing Town Hall planned for early spring 2006, where testing processes, schedules, and partners will be discussed. Closer to implementation time, there will be an additional Town Hall meeting to review any issues with system development.
