Just when you've finished installing one version of a program onto your computer, a newer version comes out within the year, and you've got to upgrade again. Imagine never having to worry about version upgrades for your software programs. This is simply one benefit of FundSERV migrating to Entrust TruePass for enhanced web site security. The company is exploring a strategy to transition from Entrust Direct to TruePass by the end of November of this year. Entrust TruePass is a highly convenient alternative that still allows certificate holders to access secure web sites, as well as obtain documents, news, and a current list of participants, all with a single sign-on. FundSERV intends to standardize all its web-based applications, such as certificate management, FundSERV Services and eBilling, to TruePass this year. All this means is that it will be much easier for you to access our services. In addition to the above stated benefit, this migration will also eliminate the need for clients to install software on to their desktops. You will no longer have to double click on the FundSERV Services icon currently on your desktop; instead, all you have to do is open your browser and go to the provided link. This also allows for greater flexibility and mobility, as you will be able to access FundSERV's web applications from anywhere, provided you've got your certificate with you. Finally, you no longer have to open network ports, thus eliminating complex network and system administration.
