The January 2003 Helpfile release, version 14, includes new standards that will dramatically reduce the number of external transfers still being done manually in the investment fund industry.

- Advancing PKI as the security standard on FundSERV core services
As of June 2003, all core Web-enabled applications will require PKI digital certificates for access.

- From pilot to roll-out — automated e-billing proceeds
FundSERV's electronic billing process uses the Company's public key infrastructure (PKI) to provide enhanced on-line security, so customers need to have an established local registration authority (LRA) to participate.
