| The FundSERV network was a busy one in 2002, with increased usage of all core services. The number of participants also increased. There are currently 169 investment fund manufacturers, 478 distributors and 42 intermediaries on the network. Trade volumes were up slightly compared to 2001 and there was an increase in the number of files and their sizes. |

| FUNDcom gives users the ability to carry out on-line account inquiry against multiple fund companies with an easy to use, point and click interface, and a consistent look and feel. Currently, 38 fund companies are participating in this initiative. FUNDcom is Internet-enabled and uses PKI-based security mechanisms. |
