Who uses it?

Distributors and intermediaries can use Mandatory Standards Reports.

Fund manufacturers can use Standards Adherence Reports and Mandatory Standards Reports.

How does it work?

Customers log into FundSERV Web Services and click on "Utilities". Here's a brief description of each utility:

Mandatory Standards Reports
These reports list the adherence by fund manufacturer to the Helpfile standards for all services. Customers can view reports listed by manufacturer or by the following service types:

• File Delivery

Report data is provided by fund manufacturers. The reports also include comments from distributors and intermediaries about actual experiences with the manufacturers.

Standards Adherence Reports
This service allows fund manufacturers to search for manufacturer-generated files and verify the fields within. The file types include:
