Reconciliation

FundSERV’s standard file layouts allow manufacturers to facilitate reconciliation, and update distributors and intermediaries on client account positions.

Reconciliation types include:

• Transaction reconciliation including post trade adjustments
• Monthly account reconciliation
• Commission and trailer fee
• Segregated Fund Supplementary Detail
• Transaction history
• Account ID changes

All files are stored for 13 months . Personal information is removed after three months in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
