FundSERV Web Services is a secure online application allowing users access to information on transactions, net settlement, and reconciliation files. Users can also view Mandatory Standards reports and access a fund list generator.
Distributors and Intermediaries can:
- Place and review transactions and NFUs
- Upload batch transaction files
- Download or restore reconciliation files from manufacturers
- View NSR and N$M details
- Use Mandatory Standards reports to determine which transactions types are accepted by individual manufacturers
- Review manufacturer mandatory standards infraction information
Manufacturers can:
- View all transactions and NFUs received by FundSERV for their organization, including transactions that did not pass FundSERV edits
- View NSR and N$M details
- View information from the Mandatory Standards reports
