For new or occasional web services users, this course provides an overview of the entire Fundserv Services site. Attendees will learn to navigate the site and locate information efficiently.
Fundserv WEB SERVICES
This course explores the Fundserv Services site in depth for regular web users. Attendees will learn where to locate information at each stage of an order’s life cycle and how to use the site to complement existing operational duties.
The myserv course introduces attendees to the application and its functionality including searching demographics, transaction history and how to use the redemption calculator.
The LRA course is complete training for new and existing LRAs. Users will learn how to grant, maintain and delete users, as well as troubleshoot login issues for all access types.
Offered with each release of the Fundserv Standards, this course provides an overview of upcoming changes. The program can be configured for both business and development teams.
Exposing attendees to all Fundserv file types, this course helps employees learn the function, timing, edits and effects of all files.
For distributors and manufacturers, this course teaches users where to locate information on the mandatory standards, how to troubleshoot adherence issues, and the standards adherence process.
