Fundserv’s Business Continuity Plan Regarding Coronavirus

Since January 2020, Fundserv has been monitoring the new strain of the Coronavirus and considering its possible effects on employees and our members. We have a Business Continuity Plan in place that addresses loss of critical staffing, as well as a Crisis Management Plan that addresses an infectious disease scenario. We test and update both plans on an annual basis, as well as throughout the year as needed.

At this time, we have determined that the Coronavirus does not pose a business continuity risk.

As a precaution, we have activated our Crisis Management Team to continue to monitor and manage the situation. Currently, there is no expected service disruption and members will be informed of any changes to processes or procedures as soon as possible.
