Privacy forum: learn about new data retention standards effective October 1, 2025

Fundserv is committed to maintaining a secure network that enables members to conduct business with confidence. As part of this commitment, Fundserv is reducing the retention period for production data from files and web screens. Starting October 1, 2025, the retention period will be reduced from 90 days plus the current month to 45 calendar days.

The forum will be held in English; however, members can ask questions in English and French during the Q&A portion. A French-adapted recording will be available on the member site in May.
