Effective December 1, 2025, updates to Fundserv’s fee schedule for Distributors are now in effect. These changes, approved by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), reflect Fundserv’s commitment to ensuring a fair and sustainable fee structure that supports the long-term health of the network.  

The following changes are now implemented:  

• The $100 monthly minimum network fee has been eliminated for Distributors.  
• A monthly fixed network fee of $100 has been introduced for all Distributors.  
• The one-time network connectivity fee for new Distributor codes has increased from $500 to $1,000.   

Under this model, each Distributor will pay the monthly fixed network fee in addition to any file transfer and file size fees—even if no file transfer or file size fees are incurred. 

These updates reflect the cost of establishing and maintaining secure, reliable network connectivity while continuing to support Fundserv’s cost-recovery model and ongoing investment in its infrastructure and services.  

Additionally, effective December 1, 2026, the monthly fixed network fee will be increased to $200 for all Distributors.
